The Ladies Auxiliary’s Purpose and Goals are as follows:

  Protect the rights of our Veterans and their families

To work within our communities, teaching patriotism

        And to assist in the education and well being of our youth.

Our Auxiliary successfully supports and assists with

many local and national community service programs:

Buddy Poppy Program

POW/MIA, Veterans Day Observances

Cancer Aid and Researh       

Support for the Veterans Hospitals

American Cancer Society’s “Relay for Life”

Supporting the Sea-Tac Military Lounge

Operation Uplink

Voice of Democracy and Youth Essay Programs

Buying phone cards for our active duty military

Junior Girls Auxiliary Unit

Meals on Wheels Program

National Night Out

National Make a Difference Day

Patriotic Teacher Award Recognition

VFW Political Action Committee

VFW National Home for Veterans and their families

CERT Training (Community Emergency Response Team)

Thanksgiving and Christmas Baskets to families in our community

Sending cards, personal supplies and encouragement to our men and women serving overseas

Programs for Senior Citizens

Providing our Community Christmas Luncheons and Sunshine Visits to nursing homes
