Meeting of the House Committee

December 20, 2006

Called to order at 1800.

Members in attendance:

Post Manager

Additionally, 3 visitors attended.

Minutes of the last meeting were read and accepted.

Managers Report:

Manager thanked members for assistance at previous activities. Help still needed at upcoming holiday events.

Discussion of New Years fees. Manager plans to change to straight cover charge to recover costs due to lack of ticket sales. New Years is the only night the Post can be closed for Private use.

Food handlers class scheduled for Wednesday

TIPS Class to be held on January 10^th , 5 PM.

Manager will ensure entries in the Campground Log are made accurately.

Unfinished Business:

Managers Agreement review. Document reviewed and several changes made. Final document to be ready for next meeting.

New Business:

None

Good of the Order:

Removal of items stored in the 2^nd Banquet room discussed. After the wall in the room is finished, no items will be stored that may interfere with a room rental.

Prospective Janitorial contract/agreement discussed. To be passed on to the Post Floor for action with recommendations.

Motion made to pass the current contract/agreement to the Post Floor for discussion and passing.

Kinkel resigns as the House Committee Chair effective tonight. Replacement will be elected next meeting.

Next meetings will be January 10th and 20^th at 6 PM.
