Called to order at 2000

Post Manager Sandy Sill

Additionally, 3 visitors attended.

Prior to meeting, replacement for Sandy Sill discussed with presence of Gordy Pearson. Previously, Debbie was to replace Sandy while on vacation. Sandy would like Gordy Pearson to replace her. He has agreed to do it at her wages and the Post will not be paying Sandy on vacation. Keith questioned reasons for night before changes to proposed vacation replacement. Debbie would rather not do the job, Gordy has experience and is available and would like to do the job.

Minutes of the last regular meeting were read and accepted.

Managers Report –

None

Scott Lee investigation resumed. Committee Chairman presented numerous statements from visitors rebutting statements made by Mr. Lee. Motion made that Scott Lee be suspended for 6 months for activities performed at the club. Seconded. Motion passed.

Conditions of the kitchen were discussed. Too many people leaving a mess during week. Signs to be posted requesting cleanup after use. . Discussion of the chili feed remains were discussed. Motion made and seconded that Joe Mooney be given a 30 day suspension for abusive actions against the manager. Amendment to the motion: Letter to be issued advising member that any further violations of club rules will result in suspension for a minimum of 30 days instead of actual suspension. Motion and amendment passed.

Short discussion of the janitorial contract, and the person applying.

Motion made to disallow personal sports card gambling cards on Post property. Seconded. Passed.
