House Committee Meeting

Chairman Chris Kinkel

In addition, Post Commander Keith Wooldridge, Quartermaster Darrell Small, Canteen Manager Sandy Sill, Diane Carroll of Carroll Accounting.

New bookkeeper, Diane Carroll gave a presentation to the Committee regarding the new format of the financial report, and answered any and all questions regarding same.

Managers report given.  $4,000 turned over to Quartermaster.

Business:

Chairman Kinkel resigned.  New Chairman to be elected next meeting.

New oven needs to be rewired to stop blowing circuits. 

Cintas Contract.  Letter sent out to cancel contract.

Gordy Pierson hired as Janitor as of 1 July 2007.

Motion made and seconded that the meeting be adjourned.  Passed.
