Called to order at 1800.

Minutes of the last meeting were read and accepted.

Managers Report -

Safe combination changed, wants to change alarm box location and codes. Cash box not signed off, bills in box paid. Bookeeper advised of payments. Some maybe duplicates. Manager requested alarm box be moved to better control office entry. Superbowl Party discussed. Trustees will be in to close out petty cash. Bad checks discussed. Some will be turned over to Island Credit Bureau. Financial report not ready for this meeting. Some data not available for bookkeeper. Manager reports inquiry regarding renting out kitchen facility for catering service. Doing such may compromise tax exempt status. At this time, no rental. Profit to private business discussed. Manager requested a $1.00 raise for second shot on mixed drinks. Managers decision to raise prices. Discussion on pricing.

Janitorial Contract. Discussion held, some clarification needed. Discussion of janitor in building unescorted. Bonding may be an answer. Changes in security system may also take care of perceived problems. Key will be requested back, cleaning to be done at our hours until contract signed, and hours and security confirmed. Attempt to get clarification from Janitor regarding contract will be made.

Discussion of new cash acceptance system discussed. Not feasible at this time.

Manager resumes in. Discussion of length of time for want ad held. Quality vs. quantity. Resumes will be accepted until Monday. Special meeting to be held next Wednesday to select new Manager.

Cdr. Pierce reports Sunday Commander In Chief dinner went well. Thanks to all who gave time and efforts to make dinner & visit a success.

Small sign to be posted in several area of the bar reminding patrons about berating Post members, Management, and other members.
