House Committee Meeting 7/23/08

Meeting called to order by the House Committee Chairman at 6:00PM.

Also present were the Canteen Manager, Post Commander, Quartermaster, and KeithWooldridge.

Minutes from 6/25/2008 meeting read and accepted.

Managers Report:

1.     A discussion was held concerning NSF checks that are held in the Managers        Petty Cash funds and when they are turned over to the Quartermaster, the Manager shall be refunded the amount of the check(s) from the Quatermaster.  A motion was passed at a previous meeting.

2.     Manager reports that she overpaid the license fees and certifications by approximately $900.00.  A refund is due.

3.     Profit and loss statement discussed.  Still concerned that some inventory items are not on the inventory sheets.  Manager is working on.

4.     Manager is working on getting new music at the canteen.

5.     Pay for mileage for the Manager brought up personnel auto use. The Manager will ask for a raise at a later date.

6.     $2,000.00 turned over to the Quartermaster.

        Business:

1.     The Janitorial Agreement was discussed and the Post Floor has returned the House Committee for management thereof.  The Manager will manage the agreement and the Quartermaster will pay the janitor.

2.     Juke Box still not operating.  Manager will call.

3.     The daily pass down log is not being filled out and monitored.  Manager will take care of.
