Meeting of the House Committee

Called to order at 1800

Members in attendance:

Post Manager Sandy Sill

Additionally, 2 visitors attended. 

Minutes of the last regular meeting were read and accepted.

Financial Statement discussed.  Several questions were raised regarding the statement.

Letter read from two patrons regarding their bad checks.  Total still outstanding is $295.00+.  Patrons expressed hard times but were given several opportunities to make a payment.  Patrons do not appear to be taking actions as promised.  Failure of the two patrons to attempt payment has resulted in the standard action of sending them to the collection agency. No other checks outstanding to the Canteen.

Audit for new manager acceptance not completed.  Will be done in April.

Cintax contract discussed.  Manager will be talking to Cintax in the morning.

Canteen will be going to Food Services of America instead of Food Services Inc.

Managers questions on Managers Agreement were covered to both parties satisfaction,

Old Business

Discussion of the surveillance system. Determined to be a Post function.

New Business:

Motion made to have one meeting a month, near middle of the month. Seconded.  Discussion held.  Motion amended to drop the first meeting of the month, normal meeting to be the last Wednesday of the month. Seconded. Passed.

Good Of The Order:

Volunteer bartenders wanted. Also, Friday night ID checkers. 

Motion made, seconded, and passed to adjourn.
