House Committee Meeting 5/26/2010

Meeting called to order by the House Committee Chairman at 6:03PM.

Members Present:                               

Stan Gearheart (Chairman)

      Dan Ryles

      Ken Kesler

      Members Absent:

      Brian Wilson

      Mike Heape

      Also present were the Canteen Manager, the Post Commander and the     

Quartermaster.

The minutes from 4/28/2010 were read and accepted.

Managers Report:

1. The profit and loss statement for March and April were not available.
2. No NSF Checks.
3. No monies were turned over to the Quartermaster.

       Business:

1.     The “Canteen” point of sales is here and being set-up by the Manager with the help of Ken Kesler.

2.     A prospective accountant “John Kingma” will meet with the House Committee at  

             a special meeting on 6/9/2010 at 7:00 PM.

3.     The Manager is to check on the high supplies expenses.  $379.24 for February.

4.     The Manager request that she be authorized to buy a game machine for

$1,800.00.  A motion was made and approved for her to buy it.
