House Committee Meeting 6/23/2010

Meeting called to order by the House Committee Chairman at 6:04PM.

Members Present:                               

Stan Gearheart (Chairman)

      Dan Ryles

      Ken Kesler

      Mike Heape

      Members Absent:

      Chad Davis

       Post Commander

       Quartermaster

      Also present was the Canteen Manager.

The minutes from 5/26/2010 were read and accepted.

Managers Report:

1. The profit and loss statements for March, April and May were reviewed.
2. One NSF Check.  The Manager is to collect.
3. $1,000.00 is being held to be picked up by the Quartermaster.

       Business:

1.     The “Canteen” point of sales is being set-up by the Manager with the help of Ken Kesler.  All parts are here.  It is estimated that in Three weeks the system will be ready to use.

2.     The prospective accountant “John Kingma” did not show for the special June meeting and a no show for this meeting.

3.     The Manager has not purchased the game machine as of this meeting.

4.     An E-mail from the accountant concerning the pay for February was passed onto the Quartermaster.
