House Committee Meeting 12/23/2009

Meeting called to order by the House Committee Chairman at 6:03PM.

Members Present:                               

Stan Gearheart (Chairman)

      Mike Heape

      Dan Ryles

      Ken Kesler

      Members Absent:

      Brian Wilson

      Also present were the Canteen Manager and the Post Commander.  The   

Quartermaster was absent.

The minutes from 10/28/209 and 11/25/2009 were read and accepted.

Managers Report:

1. The profit and loss statement for the month of November was not available.

There were several items from the previous months statement still in question.

2. No NSF Checks.
3. $1,000 held by the Manager for the Quartermaster.
4. New Years Eve party is a go.  There will be a $25.00 cover charge.  Live Band.

There will be designated drivers available.

       Business:

1.     A discussion was held on the possibility of obtaining a credit card machine for the canteen.  The Manager will look into the pros and cons.

       The meeting was adjourned at 6:37PM.
