House Committee Meeting 2/25/2009

Meeting called to order by the House Committee Chairman at 6:03PM.

Members Absent:

      Fred Bishop

      Brian Wilson

      Also present were the Canteen Manager, Quartermaster, and one other member.   

      The Post Commander was absent.

      Minutes from 1/28/2009 meeting read and accepted.

Managers Report:

1.     The profit and loss statement for January was not available.  The Manager is working with the accountant to obtain.

2.     No NSF checks on file with the Manager.

3.     $2,200  turned over to the Quartermaster.

4.     The Manager with Ken Kessler’s help will get the paperwork required to get reimbursed for the canteen loss due to the accident that damaged our natural gas line.

        Business:

1.     The House Committee will no longer keep track of the post equipment (tables and chairs).  The Inventory of all post equipment is the responsibility of the Quartermaster.

.           2.   The Canteen House Rules were voted on and passed on12/22/2008.  Rules 4

                  and 5 were revised at this meeting.          

            3.   The Managers agreement was reviewed.  No changes made.

4.     The letter banning Donna Symth from the canteen was written.  The Manager due to no mailing address is holding the letter. The Manager will send a copy to the local law enforcement. 

            The meeting was adjourned at 6:47 PM
