House Committee Meeting 10/28/2009

Meeting called to order by the House Committee Chairman at 6:00PM.

      Members Absent:

      None

      Also present were the Canteen Manager, Post Commander, and the Quartermaster.

      Minutes from 9/23/2009 meeting were read and accepted.

Managers Report:

1.     There are still lots of questions on the profit and loss statements.  Manager is checking on the negative net Income.

2.     No NSF checks. 

3.     $2,200.00 turned over to the Quartermaster.

4.     The Manager believes she has lined up music for New Years Eve. A $25.00 charge is planned. More details to follow.

5.     Ken Kesler brought up an incident that occurred by one of our post members.  The Manager stated that she talked to the member and the problem was taken care of.

       Business:

1.     The Post Commander noted that the canteen was to be closed for three hours (1:00PM till 4:00PM) on December 13,2009.  This will be brought up at the next post meeting.  

            The meeting was adjourned at 6:32 PM.
