House Committee Meeting 8/26/2009

Meeting called to order by the House Committee Chairman at 6:00PM.

Members Present:                               

Stan Gearheart (Chairman)

      Dan Ryals

      Ken Kesler

      Brian Wilson

      Mike Heape

      Also present were the Canteen Manager, Senior Vice Commander, and the

      Quartermaster.

      Minutes from 7/22/2009 meeting were read and accepted.

Managers Report:

1.     There are still lots of questions on the profit and loss statements.

2.     No NSF checks. 

3.     $2,000.00 turned over to the Quartermaster.

4.     A check for the gas line damage was received from the insurance company in the amount of $2,050.00.  $1,500 for the Canteen and the rest for the Post.

5.     Manager is looking into having fish fry dinners on Fridays.  

       Business:

1.     The QuickBooks is in use by the Manager.  

            The meeting was adjourned at 6:35 PM.
