House Committee Meeting 6/24/2009

Meeting called to order by the House Committee Chairman at 6:05PM.

Members Present:                               

Stan Gearheart (Chairman)

      Don Zimmer

      Ken Kessler

      Brian Wilson

Members Absent:

Fred Bishop

Don Swendson

Quartermaster

      Also present were the Canteen Fill-in Manager and Post Commander.

      Minutes from 5/27/2009 meeting were read and accepted.

Managers Report:

1.     There are still questions on the profit and loss statements.

2.     Questions on the expenses were for cleaning supplies purchased by the canteen

and reimbursed by the post.

3.     No NSF checks. 

4.     No monies turned over to the Quartermaster.

5.     The accident report (gas line damage) that was routed through the Sheriff’s office has been turned over to the insurance company.  We are told that the check is in the mail.  

       Business:

            1.  Ken Kessler is obtaining a free copy of  “QuickBooks” for use by the

                 Manager.  Still in work.

2.     All future House Committee meetings will be held in the back rooms, so as not to interfere with the Canteen business.       

            The meeting was adjourned at 6.32 PM
