House Committee Meeting 9/23/2009

Meeting called to order by the House Committee Chairman at 6:00PM.

Members Present:                               

Stan Gearheart (Chairman)

      Dan Ryals

      Mike Heape

      Members Absent:

      Ken Kesler

      Brian Wilson

      Quartermaster

      Also present were the Canteen Manager and the Post Commander.

      Minutes from 8/26/2009 meeting were read and accepted.

Managers Report:

1.     There are still lots of questions on the profit and loss statements.

2.     No NSF checks. 

3.     $2,500.00 is ready to be turned over to the Quartermaster.

4.     Planned fish fry is to be a Post function, not the canteen.

5.     The Manager hired a new bartender.

6.     The Manager requested help for the Oyster Run.

       Business:

1.     None.  

            The meeting was adjourned at 6:27 PM.
