House Committee Meeting 1/28/2009
Meeting called to order by the House Committee Chairman at 6:20PM.

Also present were the Canteen Manager & Post Commander & three other members. The Quartermaster was absent.
Minutes from 12/22/2008 meeting read and accepted.
Managers Report:
1 The profit and loss report for December was discussed. Several questions were discussed The Manager is not satisfied with the report and will work
with the accountant to correct.
2. No NSF checks on file with the Manager.
3. No funds were available to be turned over to the Quartermaster.
4. There was an accident in front of the building, which disabled our natural gas
supply. The Manager is to bill the causing party the costs of lost business. Manager is working on.
Business:
1. The Inventory for post equipment (tables and chairs) is was taken on 11/30/2008. We are not able to find out what we started with. All equipment owned by the Post is to be checked out through the Manager. The Inventory of all post equipment is the responsibility of the Quartermaster.
2. The Initial set of Canteen House Rules were voted on and passed on
12/22/2008. They are being finalized and published when ready.
3. The Managers agreement was due for review in January 09. The Manager and
House committee members asked for the review to be done at the next
Meeting.
4. Letters regarding an incident that happened on 1/18/2009 were read. The House committee voted to have Donna Symth be banned from using the Canteen permanently. A letter will be prepared by the Manager, signed by the Manager and the House Committee Chairman and sent to Donna. A copy of the letter to be sent to the local law enforcements.
