House Committee Meeting 3/25/2009

Meeting called to order by the House Committee Chairman at 6:03PM.

Members Absent:

None

      Also present were the Canteen Manager, Post Commander, and the Quartermaster   

      Minutes from 2/25/2009 meeting read and accepted.

Managers Report:

1.     The profit and loss statement for January and February were discussed.  Several questions were asked with no satisfactory answer.  The Manager will try to have the Accountant to come to the next meeting.

2.     No NSF checks on file with the Manager.

3.     No funds turned over to the Quartermaster.

4.     The accident report is ready at the Sheriffs office.  Ken Kessler will pick up and deliver to our Insurance Company.  Also Ken will deliver a copy of the letter banning Donna Smyth to the Sheriffs office.

5.     The Manager is planning on taking Two Weeks Vacation June 18 thru July 3.

        Business:

            1.  A motion was made and passed to purchase “QuickBooks” for use by the

                 Manager.
