House Committee Meeting 12/22/08
Meeting called to order by the House Committee Chairman at 6:00PM.

Also present were the Canteen Manager & Post Commander.
Minutes from 11/26/2008 meeting read and accepted.
Managers Report:
1 The profit and loss report for November was discussed. The profit for food is
out of line. The Manager is to look into.
2. No NSF checks on file with the Manager.
3. Janitorial supplies not available. Manager will order the correct supplies.
4. No funds were available to be turned over to the Quartermaster.
5. The Manager will have a New Years Eve party. Cover charge to be $10.00 per person attending. Plans are to have a DJ rather than a band. The band quote was $1300.00.
6. There was an accident in front of the building, which disabled our natural gas supply. The Manager is to bill the causing party the costs of lost business.
7. All members will be checked for their 2009 membership cards on January 1, 2009.
Business:
1. The Inventory for post equipment (tables and chairs) is was taken on 11/30/2008. We are not able to find out what we started with. All equipment owned by the Post is to be checked out through the Manager.
2. The Manager has invited the House Committee members to the employees Christmas party to be held on January 10, 2009.
3. The Initial set of Canteen House Rules were voted on and passed. They are being finalized and published when ready.
