House Committee Meeting        9/26/07

Meeting called to order by the House Committee Chairman at 7:00PM

Pete Sill (Appointed by Post Commander)

Members Excused:

Chad Wolf – excused

Bruce Wood – excused

Also present were the Post Commander, the Canteen Manager, and the Quartermaster.

Minutes for the August meeting were read and accepted.

Business:

Dish TV to be paid for a full year this month when billing received.

Figures for Dish will be reviewed for accuracy by Stan.

Letter in the works for CINTAS.

Manager’s Report:

The financial report was passed out.

Profit and loss statement from Manager discussed.  Loss of food profit was actually mistake in ringing up some items received as reimbursements from the Post. Key now set up for those items. 

Monitoring costs discussed. This is the building security.

Some other costs were discussed.

Manager will review the financial report and return with more info.

Hours may need to be adjusted due to lack of interest.  Discussion held.  Manager will formulate plan.

Standing orders were discussed.  Chairman has given Manager his recommendations.

The Manager turned over $3,000.00 to the Quartermaster.

Good of the Order:

The annual picnics for July and August will be held on the 3^rd Saturday vice the 3^rd Sunday. 

Auxiliary was contacted regarding the walk in cooler.

Meeting was adjourned at 7:38 PM.
