Called to order at 1800

Financial Report:

Minutes of the last regular meeting were read and accepted.

Managers Report:

Manager reports that there are still outstanding deposits between the bank and the books.  Action needs to be taken as these were from Oct-Nov-Dec time frame.  We show deposits, bank doesn’t show them.  Manager will attempt to get statements for that time period from the bank.  Still attempting to get information regarding bookkeeper in Bellingham.  Waiting for more information on bookkeepers.  Question on a couple items from the financial statements.  Loss from one pull-tab tank explained.  Further errors will come from paychecks.  Check for $3,000 given to Post for profits. 

Old Business:

Canteen hours.  Discussion held regarding changes to the canteen hours after trial hour period ended.  Manager suggested 11 AM start vice 10 AM. 

Heated discussion regarding the managers limitations on setting of the hours.    Discussion of the requirements for the summer hours.  Suggestion made to bring the matter to the Post floor for discussion and/or changes.

Surveillance system. Has been installed, is operational, and available for viewing by appointment with Skip.

Sandy has completed all requirements for gambling license.

Satellite change from Direct TV to Dish TV system. 

January 17 audit.  $25.++ in petty cash off.  Supposed to have been written off. Were waiting for the audit to be completed, finished on the 24^th.  Quartermaster

CINTAS still providing services.

Old stove still to be removed.  Upper section not reliable.  Training will be held on the new oven.

New Business:

Gordy will be hired as head bartender once a month for relief.  All keys, controls, combos, and sensitive materials are accounted for, signed.  His professionalism and experience allowed the canteen to remain open, under reliable supervision in an emergency.

Discussion held on the Thursday dinners.  Post function not a house function.
